Pet Travel Policy
We understand that pets are part of the family. However, to ensure safety and hygiene for all our passengers, we have a specific policy for travelling with pets.
Advance Notice Required
Passengers must inform us about travelling with pets at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in the driver refusing the ride.
Use of Carriers / Cages
Small pets (cats, small dogs, birds) must be kept in a secure carrier or cage throughout the journey. Large dogs must be leashed and may require booking a larger vehicle (SUV).
Cleanliness & Hygiene
Pet owners are responsible for ensuring the vehicle remains clean. A cleaning fee of Rs. 500 - Rs. 1000 may be charged if the pet soils the seats or interiors.
Driver's Discretion
The driver reserves the right to refuse the ride if the pet appears aggressive, dangerous, or if safety measures (muzzle, leash) are not present.
