Refund Policy

At Vellore Drop Taxi, we value your trust. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:

• If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• If we are unable to provide a vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If you have been overcharged due to a technical error or a dispute resolved in your favor.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method or your bank account.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time (unless due to our fault).
• No-shows where the customer fails to inform us at least 8 hours in advance.
• Claims made after 30 days from the date of the journey.
